Service Description

Each Zumba® class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Often called, an exercise in disguise, Zumba offers a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Cancellation Policy

Full sign up process : 1) go to www.zclubnh.com/book-online; 2) Select open house party (all the way at the bottom); 3) Choose the date (January 6); 4) Select Next (if you are already a site member you can log in, if not it will ask you to fill out a form (name and email) - this will be your unique identifier for managing classes, sign up, etc.); 5) Select Pay for this session (vs. buy a plan); and 6) Select Next - you'll receive a confirmation page and the ability to add the event to your calendar.
