Zumba®
Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together (all sizes, shapes and abilities) to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
DancePulse
Feel the rhythm and energize your workout in "DancePulse," the ultimate cardio dance experience! This high-energy class combines simple, fun choreography with beats that will keep your heart racing and your mood lifted. Perfect for all levels, it’s a vibrant way to stay fit, have fun, and find your pulse on the dance floor.


BARRE®
Our BARRE® classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. We offer fat burning workouts that integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscle without bulk. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results.
Core Assets
Level up your best assets with this dynamic strength and conditioning class! Core Assets targets the powerhouse muscles of your glutes, abs, and lower back, giving you the ultimate workout to build strength, stability, and confidence. Each session offers flexibility for instructors to create a unique experience, from sculpting circuits to cardio core challenges. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class lets you focus on maximizing your body’s best features while getting an incredible sweat.


Band & Burn
A 30-minute Pilates-inspired class that blends strength, stability, and stretch using the Pilates wheel, resistance bands, and light weights. Expect a full-body reset that challenges your core, tones your muscles, and improves your balance – all in half the time.
Bootcamp
Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Students will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.
